Awesome breakfast with sweet dishes, yogurt and also great coffee, the staff is attentive and caring. Location is ideal and nice, near seaside. The bets part that it's really close to the centre of Kiel next to station and railway station, shopping centre and ferry.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in front of the railway station and close to the shopping streets and waterfront. The rooms were comfortable, especially room 519, and the restaurant Pier 16 was worth trying. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was helpful.

The internet in my room was slow and there was no internet in the bathroom. the check-out time was earlier than I expected and the cleaning staff entered my room without knocking.

The hotel had only been open one week and so everything was very new and in perfect condition.

The service was very poor. Housekeeping were very poor, they did not clean my room properly or refresh the minibar. Room service took over 90 mins to deliver a glass of milk and only after a telephone call reminder!

clean and relaxing rooms, free wi-fi is a huge plus! the breakfast is awesome and exceptional, and the location is marvellous just next door to the city center of kiel, the centre of the town, and the harbor and stena line ferry terminal. it offers excellent services.

Luxurious, spotless hotel with very efficient and service-oriented staff and a rooftop bar. Nice bed, large bathroom and free wireless internet access and coffee in the room. Fantastic views of the harbor and good facilities. Fast check-in, late check-out.

There were fantastic & tasteful rooms with comfy bed, an iron, shampoo. The location of the hotel was favourable, right across the street from the train station.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Atlantic Hotel. The modern and neat design of the lobby created a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious soundproof rooms with eco-friendly features allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond by reserving a secure spot for our trailer. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, including 15 types of bread, giving us a taste of the local cuisine. The rooftop cocktail bar offered breathtaking views of the city and harbor. we highly recommend this exclusive and serviceable hotel for both business and pleasure.

I have faced no problem, I enjoyed the time while I was staying at the hotel.
